Work With Dr. McClain

About

Two decades of seeing possibility in young people, and rebuilding the systems that serve them.

Dr. Syreeta McClain is a high school principal, an educational consultant, and the co-founder of a foundation built to honor the people who show up when no one is watching.

Today that work extends into college athletics, where she manages the careers of her three sons, bringing the same conviction to NIL, branding, and recruiting that she brought to school leadership.

Different rooms.
One through-line.

Educational Leader

Alternative Education High School Principal

Education should not require students to fit into systems. Strong systems evolve to fit the students.

For more than two decades, Dr. McClain has built her career around students whose potential does not show up in traditional measures.

Her work in customized programming, alternative education, and student engagement creates pathways for students navigating complex academic and personal circumstances, built on innovation, collaboration, and unwavering advocacy.

Meet students where they are, without losing sight of where they can go.

Everyday Legends Foundation

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Recognition rarely finds the people who earn it most.

The educators, coaches, mentors, and parents who quietly show up and open doors. Everyday Legends was created to honor them, and to continue their work through scholarships, mentorship, and community partnership.

Athletic Management

Momager · Athletic Manager to the McClain Brothers

Long before NIL, there were early mornings, long drives, and decisions no one else saw.

As the mother of three football players moving through the high school and Division I levels, Dr. McClain’s role grew organically from motherhood into strategy.

Her approach is intentionally bigger than the game. Opportunities and contracts matter, but so do character, financial literacy, reputation, and preparation for life after football.

The goal was never simply to develop successful athletes. It is to raise young men who understand what their name is worth.

Charging It to the Game

The Blog

There are lessons that cannot be taught in a classroom, found in a playbook, or measured on a scoreboard.

But this is not simply a football story.

It is about the miles driven when no one was watching. The sacrifices families make behind the scenes. The decisions that change trajectories. The losses that teach more than victories ever could. And the understanding that sometimes the lesson only makes sense after living through it.

Because some things are wins.

Some things are lessons.

And some things you simply
have to charge to the game.
